Photography & Video Recording

Photography and video recording may take place during church services and events. By attending, you consent to general crowd and atmosphere coverage for ministry and communication purposes.

• Recording vulnerable individuals or beneficiaries

Protection of Children & Vulnerable Persons

Watoto Church takes extra care to protect children and vulnerable individuals:

• Parent or guardian consent is required for children
• Sensitive personal details will not be publicly shared without permission
• Content that shames, exploits, or endangers people is never permitted
• Participation in media activities is never required to receive ministry support

Restricted & No-Filming Areas

The following areas or situations must never be filmed or shared without permission:

• Counselling or deliverance sessions
• Personal prayer conversations
• Sensitive pastoral meetings
• Assistance distribution or vulnerable care situations

Data Security & Access

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. Data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised staff and ministry leaders. Church data must not be stored or shared through unofficial platforms or personal devices.
