CHRISTMAS CANTATA:
SON OF GOD
The Christmas Cantata is Watoto Church’s special annual production that brings together music, dance, drama, audio-visual effects, and beloved Christmas songs to share the story of Jesus and the message of God’s love. This year’s show features over 1,000 talented performers and crew members, all working together to create an unforgettable Christmas experience.
For 40 years, the Cantata has been held at Watoto Church Downtown. However, as Kampala has grown and more people desire to attend, the Downtown building has become too small.
As a result, for the first time ever, this year’s Cantata will take place at Old Kampala Senior Secondary School — a larger venue chosen to accommodate the growing crowds who attend every year.

The theme “Son of God” brings us back to the heart of Christmas. Jesus came to save us. We believe this year’s Cantata will touch many hearts as people enjoy a beautiful and powerful show.
