Watoto360° is Watoto Church’s discipleship program that was launched in 2010, to holistically mentor young adults with emphasis on Spiritual and Leadership growth, Life skills and Serving community.

THE CHALLENGE
Did you know that 64% of young adults disengage from their faith after leaving home? As they navigate the challenges of college and adulthood, many feel unprepared to address doubts, cultural pressures, and life’s big questions.
Research from Barna and Pew reveals that this is the most critical time for a young person’s spiritual journey. But it doesn’t have to be this way!
This is where Watoto360° steps in. Our discipleship program is designed to prepare and ground your child’s faith before they step into the next chapter of their lives.
OBJECTIVES
1. PURPOSE DISCOVERY:
Inspire young people to grow spiritually and discover their purpose in life.
2. SERVE COMMUNITY:
Prepare young people to serve the local church and impact their communities for Christ.
LEARNING MODEL
Teaching sessions:
Forums through which participants interact with facilitators and learn in a formal class setting.
Mentorship groups:
We leverage mentorship groups for peer learning, relationship building, and reviewing formal teaching sessions.
Practical ministry activities:
Active engagement in weekend celebration services, special events, and community outreaches.
Internship:
Students are attached to various departments within Watoto Ministries to serve and learn practical skills.

WHAT IS THE CLASS SIZE Vs STUDENT MIX
40–80 students per intake, with 95% Ugandans and
5% international participants.
ARE THERE ANY MINISTRY OUTREACHES?
These include visits to all Watoto based ministries and Sub-urban community sites.
DO I NEED TO PAY TUITION ALL AT ONCE
Due before program starts unless on an approved payment plan
DO WE HAVE AN ONLINE OPTION?
The Watoto360° program is fully in-person.
DO I GET A CERTIFICATE?
A certificate of participation is given out at the end of the program.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Light decent clothing, modest wear for ministry.
Skirts for ladies.
WHAT IS THE CLASSROOM VS COMMUNITY RATIO?
60% classroom learning, 40% practical serving.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be aged between 18 and 25 years
As this course is designed to train Christians, a general entry requirement is a genuine commitment to Jesus Christ.
