FAMILY SERIES:RISE UP TO YOUR LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
Today, we are continuing our conversation around our Family series, “God’s heart for every Man”. Over the weekend, we understood that God’s heart is that every man will flourish by rising up to his leadership responsibility within his family. As a result, the family too will flourish.

DISCUSSION:
1. Let’s open up our conversation today by sharing some of the glaring challenges that families face when the men are absent, present but disengaged or disinterested. Feel free to share your own story where applicable.

2. From the scriptures above, let us take some time and discuss the areas of leadership responsibility men must rise up to if our men and our families are to flourish. Make this as practical as you can.

a. Share your prayer requests and care for one another in prayer.
b. Pray that the Lord will help the men in your family and cell to flourish as they step up to their leadership responsibility.
c. Our Big 40 Celebrations are a few weeks away! Take some time and pray that all preparations and activities will be a massive success as we celebrate our Awesome God’s faithfulness to us over the last 40 years.
